All of the material available on the website and on AYAMA app, including any information, present, published, transmitted etc., inclusive of any image, text, audio, graphic etc., are intellectual property of AYAMA and the use of website in any form does not grant the user, any conditional or unconditional right, express or constructive, any license to any intellectual property of AYAMA. You are granted a limited license to store one copy of resources and information available on our website / AYAMA app, explicitly to be used for personal purposes, restricted to non-commercial usage. All dispute arising out of any breach of any policies associated with the application or any violation associated with breach of trademark, or any other intellectual property shall be governed in accordance with laws of the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A. In an event of any dispute brought by the User, it will be subjected to exclusive jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of Dane County, Wisconsin, U.S.A., or the Federal District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin as appropriate, exclusively and all such decisions shall be binding upon parties.
